Dr. Michael Fulbright earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (BS) from the University of California, Irvine, an additional BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern California (USC), and a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2000 from the School of Dentistry at USC. Dr. Faist went on to dental school at Case Western Reserve University and graduated first in his class. Dr. Hellmeyer received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of the Pacific, San Francisco in 1992.

STAY CALM
If you experience some sort of dental accident, the best thing you can do is to stay calm. While you may feel inclined to panic due to the pain and stress of an injury, you can take comfort knowing it can be treated, and our team is here to help get you back to a healthy, pain-free smile.
REDUCE BLEEDING
Once you’ve gained control of the situation, take assessment of your injury. If you’re experiencing any bleeding, place a strip of gauze on the site of the injury and apply pressure by biting down on the gauze.
CONTROL SWELLING
Over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help to temporarily reduce pain and swelling. However, steer clear of any blood-thinning medications like aspirin. An ice pack or cold compress can be applied to the cheek near the affected area to help reduce pain and inflammation.

PPO Dental Insurance & Billing
Fulbright Dental is what’s known as an “Unrestricted Provider” office. Here is how our insurance billing process works:
Patients with a PPO insurance plan are charged up-front for the cost
We bill your dental plan at the time of service
If covered, the insurance company will then reimburse patients directly, less any co-pays and/or deductibles that may apply*

What forms of payment are accepted?

When can I start using my membership?
Your membership is effective immediately!
How do I schedule my preventive care?
Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members.!
How can I use my Member Exclusive discount for restorative, elective or cosmetic treatment?
Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.
How do I know if I need Perio membership?
If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on Perio Maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.
Can I add members to my account?
Absolutely! Your entire family can join.
Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.
How can I check on the status of my account?
Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.
Can I change or update my billing information?
Yes! Simply login to your Member Portal and click “Edit Your Payment Method”.
How do I cancel my membership?
Login to your Member Portal and click the “Remove” button for each member you’d like to cancel.
If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?
No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.
How much do I pay to sign up for my club membership?
You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.
Can I prepay my membership fees?
Memberships are currently month-to-month only.
What information is required for me to sign up for my club membership?
An email address for receipts, credit or debit card, full name, address, phone and date of birth.

Dr. Fulbright is proud to have built a dental practice based on excellence and integrity, one in which his patients feel good about the dental care they receive. He’s established himself as one of the most skilled and caring cosmetic dentists in the South Bay. By maintaining state-of-the-art equipment, techniques, and systems in his office, he has further sustained his edge in the dental field. Dr. Fulbright earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (BS) from the University of California, Irvine, an additional BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern California (USC), and a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2000 from the School of Dentistry at USC. Dr. Fulbright obtained post-graduate training from UCLA in the Advanced Aesthetic Continuum and the renowned Pacific Implant Institute, which has enabled him to perform all aspects of full-mouth reconstruction. Dr. Fulbright is also very involved in giving back to his community. He has helped restore the lives of domestically abused men and women through the Give Back a Smile Foundation. He has also volunteered his services through Remote Area Medical (RAM), the Beacon House, and various community causes.
Dr. Kirstin Hellmeyer
Dr. Kirstin Hellmeyer is a general and cosmetic dentist who has been enhancing the health and appearance of patients’ smiles for more than 25 years. Dr. Hellmeyer enjoys performing an array of dental care treatments, and she is extensively experienced with cosmetic dentistry procedures and options that can improve both dental function and smile aesthetics. A Southern California native, Dr. Hellmeyer is known for her attentive and comforting approach that can set patients at ease during their treatment.
After earning degrees in both biology and psychology at the University of California-Santa Cruz, Dr. Hellmeyer received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of the Pacific, San Francisco in 1992. She then taught emergency dentistry at a UOP sister clinic in Fremont, California.
